How I wish my HIV positive friends could hear me. Instead, they ignore me. One stopped the meds at the same time as me, but then had fevers and rashes. He ended up back at the AIDS doctor's office and back on the treatments, but after 3 months, he stopped again. He told me that after all the things he read, the drugs just didn¹t make sense to him any longer. I think this time around he lost the fear. He told me that if, God forbid, he gets any sort of infection, he will treat the infection, and not the ³HIV.²
